A partial can replace teeth that are not adjacent, so you will not need to have remaining teeth on your upper or lower arch extracted. A custom partial will complete your smile and prevent natural teeth from drifting out of position. Unobtrusive clasps attach a partial to healthy neighboring teeth. As with full dentures, partials may be anchored with dental implants for optimal stability.
